Upload or drop any JPG, PNG, or WEBP photo on the left to activate live dimensions, scaling, and instant compression.

Image processing occurs 100% locally via Canvas API on your client device. Photos and graphics are never sent to external servers.

Resize a photo without guessing the result

  1. Choose a JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or SVG file up to 20 MB. Images must fit within 8192 pixels per side and 24 megapixels total.
  2. Keep the aspect ratio locked, then enter a width or choose a scale. Choose WebP or JPEG for adjustable quality; PNG preserves transparency but ignores the quality slider.
  3. Compare the preview and output size. Download only when the result is ready. A smaller image is not guaranteed for every source.

Try this example

A 2400 × 1600 photo scaled to 50% becomes 1200 × 800 pixels. This changes dimensions, not file size by a fixed percentage. Try quality 80, inspect the result, then lower it if needed.

Privacy and limitations

Processing happens in your browser. GIF animation and SVG vector data are not preserved in the raster output. JPEG fills transparent areas with white. Very large images can still exceed your device's available memory. This tool does not promise an exact KB target.
