What is the standard photo and signature size for SSC exams?
For SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD), the photograph must be in JPEG format between 20 KB and 50 KB with dimensions 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). The signature must be between 10 KB and 20 KB with dimensions 4.0 cm x 2.0 cm.
Why do exam portals reject photos?
The top 3 reasons for application rejection are: (1) File size is above 50 KB or below 20 KB, (2) Dimensions do not match portal specifications, or (3) Signature has dark grey paper shadows or illegible ink. This tool prevents all three issues.
