Using ToolOut.
Last updated: 26 September 2026. ToolOut is a collection of online utilities operated by Mritunjay Kumar in India. These terms apply when you use toolout.online.
Your files and account
You may use the available tools for personal and commercial tasks. You retain your rights in the content you provide; using ToolOut does not transfer ownership of your files to us. Only process files and information you have permission to use.
If you create an account, keep your login details private and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account and connected services.
Processing and outside services
Many utilities work in your browser. Accounts, contact forms, AI assistance, domain lookups, and connected email features also use online services. Read the privacy policy for the information involved. External providers have their own terms, availability, quotas, and permissions.
ToolOut is an independent project. Naming a third-party service or linking to an official resource does not mean that service endorses ToolOut.
Check your results
Tools are provided as available. File conversion can change formatting, fonts, image quality, and document structure. Keep an original copy and inspect the downloaded result before using it.
AI suggestions and resume scores can be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee a job, interview, or acceptance by an applicant tracking system. Photo tools do not guarantee acceptance by an examination or passport authority. Check the current requirements of the organization receiving your work.
Availability, accuracy, successful delivery of an email, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Features may change as the project is maintained.
Acceptable use
Do not use ToolOut to distribute malware, impersonate others, send unsolicited or deceptive messages, infringe copyright, or access information without permission. Do not abuse APIs or interfere with the service. Connected email tools must be used in accordance with the provider's sending limits and acceptable-use rules.
